Any content or materials posted via @AGCO_Racing (“the content”) is for information purposes only. The content does not replace the official race reports, rulings, and/or decisions of AGCO officials.

Any use or reliance on any content or materials posted via the AGCO’s Twitter account or obtained by you through AGCO’s Twitter account is at your own risk. The AGCO does not represent or warrant that its Twitter feed and/or the Twitter site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that this website is free of viruses or other harmful code, nor does the AGCO represent or warrant the correctness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability or appropriateness of the content contained in its Twitter feed or that the content is free of viruses or other harmful code. Please review Twitter’s terms of use carefully before using the Twitter platform.

The AGCO and its employees, agents and independent contractors shall not be responsible or liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or other in any way arising out of or in connection with its Twitter account, including its content. Where @AGCO_Racing follows another Twitter account or includes another account in a Twitter list, this is not taken to be an endorsement of that Twitter account. Further, any message that @AGCO_Racing re-tweets or marks as a “favorite” is not to be taken as an endorsement of that message or of that Twitter account.

THE AGCO WILL:

  1. Review tweets and messages, but will not reply to and/or moderate any discussion on its Twitter feed and/or message inbox.
  2. Reserve the right to block or mute users or report “spam” messages to Twitter when messages:
    • Express racist, hateful, sexist, homophobic, slanderous, insulting, or life-threatening messages
    • Are aggressive, coarse, violent, obscene, or pornographic in tone
    • Are offensive to an individual or an organization, rude in tone, or otherwise abusive
    • Are not sent by the author; put forward for advertising purposes and/or are written in a language other than English or French
    • Are unintelligible, or otherwise inconsistent with the purposes of this Twitter account
    • Are repetitive or spamming of threads
    • Infringe on third party intellectual property rights.

 

PRIVACY

By sending tweets or messages to the AGCO’s Twitter account, you are consenting to the collection of your personal information by the AGCO. This information may be collected for the purpose of obtaining feedback on the AGCO’s programs and policies and will be used to assess public views on the AGCO’s regulated sectors. The AGCO will not disclose this information without your consent, unless required by law.

Tweets or messages that relate to possible criminal activity will be forwarded to law enforcement authorities.

The AGCO’s Twitter feed is publicly accessible. Your tweets may be publicly visible, depending on your privacy settings. Your privacy, and the retention of information on this site is also governed by the terms and conditions set out by Twitter’s Privacy Policy.

To protect your own privacy and the privacy of others, the AGCO recommends that you do not include personal or company/employer names, phone numbers or email addresses in the body of your tweets  or messages. Tweets that include personal information, or identify a particular company, employer or person may be removed.
