To support the AGCO’s commitment to a digital-first approach as a modern regulator, we have moved our existing print newsletters (Licence Line, Lottery Line and Race Line) to an “e-newsletter” format. We will also be launching an e-newsletter for the cannabis retail regulation sector. This change aligns with the Ontario Government’s vision for a digital government and complies with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005, as we continue to make our news and information accessible for everyone, including those using screen readers.

The e-newsletters will be a collection of articles from our website blog, as well as other important news and information, such as regulatory changes and compliance reminders specific to each sector, all conveniently delivered to your email inbox on a periodic basis.

What this means for you

If you are a Liquor Sales Licensee, Lottery Retailer (Seller), Horse Racing Licensee or Cannabis Retail Operator Licensee and you are a registered iAGCO user, there is nothing for you to do! Once we launch e-newsletters for your sector, they will automatically be sent to your e-mail address on file in iAGCO.

If you are not a registered iAGCO user and would like to receive our e-newsletters, you can subscribe here. Anyone can subscribe to receive our newsletters, including members of the public. You can also unsubscribe at any time.

AGCO website blog

We will also be using this blog to regularly post news and announcements relevant to each of the lines of business we regulate, including any updates to our services during the COVID-19 pandemic. Check back often as we continue to post important information to help you and your business remain in compliance.

Stay tuned as we will be launching our first e-newsletters soon!
