This message is to confirm the AGCO will be maintaining its services in support of the businesses and citizens that rely on our activities. We will be adapting our services as needed, guided by advice from public health officials.

Monitor recommendations and direction from government and public health authorities

Your decisions about your ongoing operations should be made with the Chief Medical Officer’s recommendations in mind, for example, the recommendation to limit the capacity of gatherings, as advised. Please continue to monitor the Government of Ontario website for current information including that of the Chief Medical Officer.

AGCO will continue its compliance monitoring activities as well as its licensing, registration and customer services

Most of the sectors we regulate have access to our online services for all their AGCO-related transactions, which remain available through iAGCO, our online portal.

We will also continue our activities to monitor compliance with laws and regulations. As the situation evolves, we will adjust how we conduct those activities to best protect our staff, our customers and the citizens of Ontario. Our Compliance Officials will be in touch with you as needed to discuss any changes.

We’re here to support you

We appreciate that these are uncertain times with public health information and recommendations changing rapidly. You can continue to access our live customer support by phone or online from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, though you may at times experience a longer than usual wait time. You can also submit your questions, comments or complaints anytime.

You may also contact your local Compliance Official by phone or email if you have any questions.

We’re here to support you as we all continue working through these challenging times together.

Stay well.
