Internet gaming (igaming) suppliers interested in participating in Ontario’s regulated, open and competitive igaming market when it launches will first need to be registered by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).

The AGCO has created an Internet Gaming Suppliers Application Guide to assist prospective igaming suppliers in applying for registration.

The Guide was developed following the completion of a series of in-depth stakeholder engagements by the AGCO covering a range of topics relating to the regulation of Ontario’s regulated, open and competitive igaming market.

All applications for registration will be made through iAGCO, the AGCO’s web-based portal. The AGCO will announce the date it will begin accepting applications in the near future.

The AGCO has also created an Internet Gaming Operator Application Guide to help prospective igaming operators understand the application requirements and begin preparing for their registration application.
