In addition to the general conflict of interest guidelines outlined in Section 3.5.3, licensees must comply with the following guidelines for break open ticket lottery events:
- No one involved in the sale of break open tickets may purchase tickets or participate in gaming events held in conjunction with the licensed break open ticket gaming event.
- The owner and employees of a registered break open ticket Seller location may not purchase break open tickets sold at that location.
- Executive members of Hall Charities Associations may not purchase break open tickets in their hall.
- Incentives to registered third-party locations that sell break open tickets (break open ticket Sellers and OLG Lottery Retailers) in order to obtain or secure the use of their services are not permitted.
