Racetrack Site Licence

Racetrack Site Licence applicants are required to submit the following information with their application:

• Application Fee
• Corporate Structure (not applicable to Operator-Pari-Mutuel Operations Licence)
• Personal Disclosure (not applicable to Operator-Pari-Mutuel Operations Licence)
• Business Name Registration

Racetrack Site Licence holders must also submit the name(s) of individual(s) as Minor Racing Officials for AGCO approval via a Regulatory Submission: Minor Racing Official List.

In addition, Racetrack Site Licence applicants must also hold a valid AGCO Racetrack Operator Licence.
