(2) Equipment to be Used

2.1 The conduct of bingo must include:

1. bingo paper; and
2. a bingo blower or other device from which bingo balls are drawn at random; or
3. a deck of bingo playing cards and a shoe from which the cards are drawn at random.

2.2 All equipment used in the conduct of a bingo event must be kept in good working order.
