Note: These requirements apply to applicable public spaces which have been newly constructed or redeveloped after January 1, 2016. | Yes. Infrastructure Ontario and the Ministry of the Attorney General design AGCO office spaces on its behalf and are required to adhere to accessibility standards under the IASR. The AGCO does not have outdoor public spaces. AGCO’s landlord provides accessible parking spaces for any tenants or customers/visitors as required. The AGCO does not have publicly accessible service counters or waiting areas. |
