On April 1, 2026, regulatory changes reflecting that the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) is the exclusive wholesaler of beverage alcohol in Ontario come into effect. The regulatory amendments were made to Ontario Regulation 746/21: Licensing of the Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019 (LLCA) on December 16, 2025.
