The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) is pleased to announce that starting July 1, 2026, Ontario branches of the Royal Canadian Legion will receive a full rebate for all fees paid to apply for or renew a Liquor Sales Licence.
The rebate applies to any new application or renewal fees paid by an Ontario branch of the Royal Canadian Legion branch on or after April 1, 2026. Legions who have already paid licensing fees can expect this full amount to be returned in the coming weeks. All upcoming fees will be automatically rebated on an ongoing basis, shortly after a Legion’s licence has been issued or renewed.
