The Public Sector Expenses Review Act, 2009 (PSERA) and Ontario Regulation 440/09 require public disclosure of the five AGCO employees whose total aggregated expense claims related to travel, meals and hospitality are the highest in the organization during a designated period*. The expenses of these individuals have been submitted to the Integrity Commissioner for review, to ensure compliance with the Travel, Meal, and Hospitality Expenses Directive.

* Note: Between 2010-2015, the top 5 claimants’ expense claims were reported only once per year for the period spanning April 1- March 31.  Between April 1-June 30th, 2015, there was no submission as it was decided that effective July 1, 2015 the top 5 claimants would be reported twice a year going forward.
