Overview
The AGCO licenses and regulates the operation of liquor delivery services Ontario.
A licence to operate a liquor delivery service allows you to deliver liquor bought from:
- The LCBO
- Brewers Retail Inc. (The Beer Store)
- A manufacturer’s on-site store
- Licenced grocery stores on behalf of a customer or an off-site retail store
- An eligible liquor licenced business to customers for a fee
This licence doesn’t let you sell liquor.
