Review the Suppliers Application Guide and determine if you need to apply for an AGCO Registration. *Suppliers that provide goods or services not directly related to the playing of a game offering or the operation of a gaming site may be exempt from an AGCO registration. E.g. Suppliers of geolocation services do not need an AGCO Registration.
Review the Registrar’s Standards for Internet Gaming to determine whether your products are compliant and any revisions or updates are necessary prior to engaging in testing. *Does not apply to suppliers who only provide services.
Engage with an AGCO registered Independent Testing Lab (ITL) to certify the product you’ll be using or supplying in the Ontario market. Testing will need to cover all internet games, random number generators and components of igaming systems that accept, process, determine outcome, display and log details about player bets. *This applies to suppliers and operators who develop internet games, random number generators and components of igaming systems that accept, process, determine outcome, display and log details about player bets.

Visit iAGCO and complete your application for AGCO registration as a gaming related supplier. You will be required to pay the related fees before you can submit your application. *Entities that manufacture, provide, install, test, maintain or repair gaming equipment or that provide consulting or similar services directly related to the playing of a lottery scheme or the operation of a gaming site must be registered as Gaming Related Suppliers.
Design and implement effective control activities to comply with the Registrar’s Standards for Internet Gaming in advance of going live in Ontario's market.
Confirm that you have a control activity matrix that demonstrates compliance with the applicable Registrar’s Standards for Internet Gaming. This confirmation must include evidence that security requirements in the Registrar’s Standards for Internet Gaming have been met, including security test results. *This step only applies to Gaming Related Suppliers who run critical gaming systems.
Receive confirmation of your registration as an igaming supplier through your iAGCO account, authorizing you to start running or supplying games, and/or providing goods or services in compliance with the Registrar’s Standards for Internet Gaming.
