Standards, acts and regulations for charitable gaming

If you’re charitable gaming operator, you must meet all Standards. Unless otherwise specified, these Standards also apply to sellers, gaming assistants, and gaming- and non-gaming related suppliers.

If you’re a gaming- or non-gaming related supplier, you must also meet these Standards:

Charitable gaming operators, sellers, gaming assistants and gaming- and non-gaming related suppliers are also subject to requirements under provincial and federal acts and regulations:
