Current Status of Ontario’s Reopening Plan for AGCO-regulated sectors

Updated March 21, 2022

As of March 21, 2022, remaining public health measures related to the COVID-19 pandemic are lifted for AGCO regulated businesses, including the requirement to wear a mask or face covering.

Businesses must continue to operate in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and standards. Businesses must also ensure they operate in compliance with any rules in place in their municipality.

The AGCO is committed to protecting the public by ensuring the sectors we regulate operate legally and responsibly. For more details, visit the Government of Ontario’s COVID-19 webpage for the latest information about public health measures, advice and restrictions.
