Municipal authority
A municipality has the authority to decide whether liquor sales licences for large quadricycles are allowed within their municipality. If a municipality decides that liquor sales licences for large quadricycles should not be allowed within their municipality, the municipality may pass a resolution, requesting that no such liquor sales licences be issued in respect of the municipality, and send it to connect@agco.ca. Once we receive a resolution, we will not issue liquor sales licences for large quadricycles within that municipality.
Municipalities may also provide a resolution to change their decision at any time.
Please refer to Section 20 of Regulation 746/21 under the Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019 (LLCA) for full details.
