The Horseperson licence is your Primary Licence and permits an individual to participate in horse racing in the Province of Ontario. Applicants must be an active participant in Standardbred, Thoroughbred or Quarter Horse racing or be actively engaged in his/her occupation or profession at a Standardbred, Thoroughbred or Quarter Horse racetrack.
