To help licensees understand how the Government of Ontario’s new COVID-19 Response Framework affects them, the AGCO is highlighting relevant information on its website for ease of reference.

The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) is responsible for administering the Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019 (LLCA), which together with the regulations and the standards and requirements established by the Registrar establish the licensing and regulatory regime for most aspects relating to the sale, service and delivery of liquor in Ontario.

Among its responsibilities in the liquor sector, the AGCO licenses and regulates the operation of ferment on premises facilities in Ontario.

This portal is intended for those applying for or who already have a Ferment on Premises licence.

Use the resources below to help you apply for, a licence or to better understand your obligations under the LLCA.
