Regulatory Submission – Veterinarian Medical Records

The Regulatory Submission of Veterinarian Medical Records are for declaring medical records (e.g. Intra-Articular Injections).

Regulatory Submissions in iAGCO are associated to your “Horseperson” Primary Licence.

The Regulatory Submissions you’re eligible to submit depend on your Secondary Licence(s) (e.g. Veterinarian, Owner, Trainer, etc.)

To report Veterinarian Medical Records on the iAGCO online portal, follow these steps:

  1. On your Horse Racing dashboard, select the LICENCES/ REGISTRATIONS tab.
  2. Select the applicable Horseperson number (your Primary Licence).
  3. Under Activities, select Submit a Regulatory Submission and/or Notification.
  4. On the Regulatory Submissions and Notifications page, select the licence type that you wish to submit for (this is your Secondary Licence). A list of available Regulatory Submissions for that type will appear.
  5. Select Veterinarian Medical Records and click Submit.
  6. On the Getting Started page and select Next.
  7. Fill in your contact information and complete the Submitter’s Role field (ie. Veterinarian) and click Next.
  8. To add medical records for one or more horse(s), click “Add”.
  9. A pop-up box will appear requesting additional details about the horse and the procedure. Please complete all required fields.
  10. Include drug information but clicking on the “Add Drug & Dosage”. 
  11. Select the Drug Name from the list and type in the dosage administered.
  12. Click OK.
  13. You can now add medical records for multiple horses in the same regulatory submission. To add medical records for another horse, please repeat steps 8-12.
  14. If you need to make any changes to your entry, click the “Edit” icon to the right of the entry.
  15. To proceed, click Next.
  16. Read the Declaration and click Submit.
