Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) cannabis licensees are reminded that the Government of Ontario has enabled cannabis retailers to offer delivery and curbside pick-up services on a permanent basis beginning March 15, 2022.

The AGCO is committed to working with licensed cannabis retail store owners and operators to help them understand their obligations in order to protect the public interest and ensure Ontario’s cannabis retail sector continues to operate responsibly and with integrity.
